Prior to any campaign launch our experienced team will build a custom made plan based on the specs given to us by the client. The pre launch phase is all about building a plan that is realistic in terms of targets and also manageable for the team. Once the plan is in place and approved we will then beginning implementing and focusing on the set KPIs. We will also explore all potential software providers with us having experience in several we have no preference but will work to what we believe to be best for the client.
Once the campaign is approved and ready to go we work across all available channels and geos to target. We take full responsibility over the budget and P&L with up to date daily reporting that focus on every element of the business, giving the client full transparency into the day to day of the campaign.
Our experience doesn’t just stop in acquisition but also helping to manage the internal side of the business with unique and proven techniques in how to maximize the value from the users and maintain our VIP business. We are constantly analyzing data to make sure we optimize all aspects of the business.
